Clean heating
The purchaser of the project is the Department of development and Reform Bureau of Daming County, which provides clean energy heating for Jinxiang Shuian, Jinyu LANWAN, xiyuanhaoting and Mingqian garden of the relocation and resettlement project of resettlement project of resettlement for poverty alleviation in Daming County. The contract performance period of the project is 29 years and 10 months, of which the construction period is 10 months and the operation period is 29 years. The project is subject to consortium bidding.
Bidding documents for the project shall be submitted from 12:00 am to 15:00 PM, 2020, except for the bidding documents from 12:00 pm to 15:07 PM, 2020 Fee.
The applicant shall meet the provisions of Article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China; the bidder who fails to participate in or fails to pass the prequalification shall not be qualified to participate in the project.
The bid opening time of the project is 15:00 on August 3, 2020 (Beijing time), and the place is: Daming County public resources trading network, the bid opening room on the third floor of Daming County Public Resources Trading Center (Government Affairs Service Center of Beijing Road, Daming County), and the bidder does not need to attend the site for bid opening. The electronic bidding documents of the project shall be decrypted by the bidder remotely, and each bidder shall prepare the decryption conditions such as computer and network by itself. The decryption time of bidding documents shall be within 30 minutes from the time of bid opening. If the electronic bidding documents are not decrypted within the specified deadline, "Daming County public resources trading network" will be rejected.
