2、 Applicant's qualification requirements
（1） In accordance with Article 22 of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China, and in accordance with the regulations for the implementation of the government procurement law of the people's Republic of China:
1. The business license, tax registration certificate and other supporting documents of the legal person or other organizations ("business license" shall be provided if the three certificates are in one ", and the legal person certificate of the institution shall be provided by the institution;
2. Financial status report of 2019 or 2020 (refers to the audited financial report or credit certificate issued by the bank, which is not required if the supplier has been established for less than one year);
