On July 16,the state film Administration issued the notice on orderly promoting the resumption of opening of cinemas under the condition of normalization of epidemic prevention and control,allowing cinemas in low-risk areas to resume operation orderly on July 20.After that,Shanghai Film administration actively cooperated with film management departments,cinemas and industry associations to promote the orderly resumption of cinemas in the city from July 20.
In order to effectively alleviate the operating difficulties of cinemas and guide the audience to return to the cinema,this activity adheres to the principle of"government subsidies and platform supporting".The Publicity Department of the Shanghai municipal Party committee and the Shanghai Film Bureau have arranged a special fund of 16 million yuan,and 16 million yuan has been invested in the matching sets of ticket purchasing and cat's eye tickets.A total of 32 million yuan will be used for the subsidy of preferential tickets after the return of the cinema.
The activity lasts for three months.Users with the same mobile phone number can buy 4 subsidy tickets per month(on each platform),with a subsidy of 10 yuan for each ticket.It is estimated that 3.2 million tickets will be subsidized during the whole activity period.Recently,the average ticket price of Shanghai film is about 30 yuan.After subsidy of 10 yuan,the audience can see a movie for about 20 yuan.Through the implementation of precise subsidies for ticket buyers,the public can get real benefits,effectively promote film consumption,and help the film industry to get back on track as soon as possible.
