Improve the working mechanism. Set up the leading group of environmental cleaning service for enterprises in the Development Zone, formulate the implementation plan, determine the Environmental Sanitation Center as the responsible department, and make clear the work schedule, roadmap and assignment. Set up the cleaning team, garbage transfer team and internal septic tank cleaning team, and appoint the business backbone as the team leader to provide the enterprises in the area including the science and technology park with cleaning around the enterprise, domestic garbage transfer, septic tank cleaning and other services. Establish the working account of garbage collection and transportation service, fill in the contact form of enterprise garbage collection and transportation service one by one according to the enterprises, issue convenience service cards, visit the service objects regularly, record the feedback content in detail one by one, and ensure the implementation of the work.
More vehicles will be sent to collect. In view of the fact that the task of garbage collection and transportation in the area is heavy, the environmental sanitation center of the Bureau reasonably plans and allocates 44 garbage collection and transportation vehicles according to the layout of enterprises in the area, including 40 electric garbage collection vehicles, 3 8t transfer vehicles and 1 18t garbage compression vehicle, all of which are compacted to the industrial park and science and technology entrepreneurship Park to provide point-to-point garbage collection services for enterprises in the area.
Optimize the garbage collection and transportation route. In order to ensure the timely and efficient garbage collection and transportation of enterprises, the Bureau optimizes the delivery and transportation routes of garbage collection facilities, distributes people along the enterprises, patrols the lines, and operates at wrong time, so as to ensure no repetition and no wrangling. The domestic garbage in the area is cleared and transported in three shifts: morning, middle and evening. The garbage is collected at a fixed time according to the collection route every day, starting from 4 a.m. to 21:30 p.m., so as to stop people and vehicles.
At the same time, in order to ensure that the garbage facilities are clean and tidy, the Bureau cleaned up the site in time after the end of garbage collection and transportation, reset and cleaned the collection containers such as garbage containers and garbage cans, so as to ensure that the vehicles walk on the ground clean. Up to now, through independent service or assistance service, the Bureau has solved the problems of dirty and poor surrounding environment, long-term storage of garbage, and inability to clean and transport septic tanks. A total of 150 enterprises have a cleaning area of 450000 square meters, transferred nearly 1500 tons of domestic garbage, and cleaned up septic tanks by 29 trains and 58 person times.
